伊拉克2190套住房的建设项目寻求承建公司

144套独栋别墅，每栋别墅占地面积400平方米，建筑面积180平方米。

486套联体别墅，每栋别墅占地面积200平方米，建筑面积120平方米。

26栋10层高的公寓楼，每层含6套公寓，共1560套公寓，总面积2950平方米。

该项目为13140人提供住房。项目还包含幼儿园、小学、中学、高中、卫生中心、清真寺、商铺、市场、饭店、咖啡厅、行政管理局、警察局、急救中心、技术学校和邮局。每栋建筑都有停车场。该项目的基础设施已经完成。

此外，该项目是20万套大型住房项目中的一部分。我们需要有信誉、有实力、在低收入廉价房建造方面有经验的的大公司来承建该项目，我们可以提前支付项目总款的25%。

-       144 semi-separate villas of 180sqm each built on 400 sqm

-       486 joint villas of 120sqm each built on 200sqm

-       1560 units in 26 buildings of ten floors each, each floor has 6 units, each building is 2950sqm.

The housing project is to house 13140 people. The project holds also a kindergarten, pre-school, primary, secondary and high schools, medical clinic, mosque, shopping centre, restaurant, café, local authority offices, police station, emergency station, technical school and post office. Also there are car parks for every building. All the infrastructure in the area for the project has been finalised.

As I mentioned, they are looking for a reliable building company which has developed an effective and economical building technique to work with and they are ready to subcontract as “nominated subcontract” or go into a joint venture, and will pay 25%  upfront of the project cost.  They need to hear from me quickly as this is the first stage of a bigger housing project totalling 200,000 housing units.
