迪拜驱动阿联酋原油需求增长

中国石化新闻网讯 据道琼斯11月18日消息，总部位于伦敦的Energy Aspects公司称，阿联酋是中东地区唯一的原油消费量增长的国家，9月份该国的原油需求增加了9.1万桶/天。阿联酋原油消费增长的原因是建筑行业的繁荣，而且这种增长势头将持续到2017年。与其他多数中东邻国相比，阿联酋的石油补贴一直以来较低，因此在中东各国大幅降低石油补贴导致道路燃料需求大幅下降的情况下，阿联酋的道路燃料需求并没有出现大幅下降的情况。

Dubai Drives UAE Crude Demand

The UAE is the only country in the Middle East to buck downward trend for crude consumption, with demand rising by 91,000 barrels a day in September, according to the London-based Energy Aspects. A booming construction sector in Dubai was cited as the reason, and this is expected to continue into 2017. The UAE has also not been as generous with its oil subsidies compared with many of its neighbors, therefore has not witnessed as high a fall in transport fuels demand as others in the region.
